Javi Detail Carwash

Great service by Roger and excellent work by Jovany. The work they did on the car was short of a miracle. The shampoo service took out stains I thought would be impossible. Highly recommend Javi Detail Carwash to anyone and everyone in the area.

I brought my Honda Civic here and they did such a great job. The car honestly looked brand new when they were done. They paid attention to all the little details, especially inside, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and everything was done pretty quickly. Definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back.

I have been coming to Javi Detail Carwash for years now. No matter how busy they are, they make sure they leave the car spotless every single time. They are very detailed oriented and also make sure to meet my expectations. Their prices are very reasonable and get the job done within a reasonable time. I love coming here and keeping my car clean. Thank you.🙂

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like I have to be honest about my experience. I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a full interior detail with shampoo and a wax, and I paid $220. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. When I got my car back, it honestly looked like it had just been given a regular wash rather than a full detail. Several areas inside were still dirty. My cupholders weren’t cleaned out, there were fingerprints and grime still on the emergency brake, and a few other spots looked like they were completely missed. There were also Armor All streaks left all over the interior that weren’t buffed out, and there was overspray on both my windshield and rear window that was never cleaned off. For a service that cost $220, I expected a lot more attention to detail. The interior also didn’t seem like it had actually been shampooed. The seats and carpets weren’t damp or humid at all and still had some marks on them, which made me question whether that part of the service was even done. I took my car in on a Sunday when the owner that many people mention in the reviews wasn’t there, so the work was done by employees. Maybe that made a difference

I mean what can I say and how can I start. Yordan the detail specialist is exactly that. They offered the best services and even helped me with ride share. They treated me like family and not a customer. My car looks better than the day I bought it, they did all kinds of treatments and was to the paint and I could not be any happier. Javi has excellent customer service and is also very hands on with the work he and his employees put out. He is always checking to make sure there are no spots missed. I am very pleased with the services I received and I will keep referring friends and family here. Thanks again!
